About Me
I am international artist and writer, and bring many years experience publishing books and developing projects across different contexts. I have over 25 years also been teaching and researching in universities and art schools. I led the Performance Writing program at Dartington College of Art and have since always worked with writing, art practice, research supervision, and interdisciplinary approaches.
I set up my mentoring and coaching site as an arts lab in 2021 during lockdown, to support artists, writers, and curators across disciplines. Over time, my work has increasingly focused on individual mentoring and coaching, particularly with both emergent and mid-career practitioners. Alongside this, I continue to run exchange-based workshops that bring together conversation, reflection, and project development.
I have also become an accredited coach with the UK’s Association for Coaching.
My practice is informed by a transnational perspective, shaped by my Norwegian and French heritage, and my experience as a queer resident and cultural practitioner. This informs my ongoing interest in how identity, displacement, and cultural positioning shape artistic work, language, and creative processes.
If you would like to explore working together, I would love to hear from you.
